Partner

Eric Novakovich

Eric earned his degree in Business with a concentration in Information Technology before building a career as an entrepreneur, operator, and investor.

Over the course of his career, Eric founded and successfully exited both a technology services company and a SaaS/FinTech business. His experience building companies, allocating capital, and evaluating growth opportunities has shaped BAMI's investment strategy and long term approach to value creation.

Since 2019, Eric has focused on acquiring and operating income producing real estate across multiple markets, including California, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Oklahoma. He plays a key role in investment strategy, market selection, capital allocation, and identifying opportunities where disciplined execution can create long term value.

Justin Novakovich

Justin spent more than a decade leading technology initiatives, managing complex software implementations, and building high performing teams before fully transitioning into real estate investing.

He began investing in value add multifamily assets, developing a hands on approach to repositioning properties through strategic renovations, operational improvements, and active asset management. His focus on execution has helped drive meaningful increases in occupancy, net operating income, and asset value across the portfolio.

Justin oversees construction, leasing, operations, and asset management, with a particular emphasis on transforming underperforming properties into high quality assets that deliver an improved resident experience and stronger investment outcomes.

Simon Dillon

Simon has been in real estate since 1994 and, in addition to his role with BAMI, is also a senior partner of one of the most successful real estate teams in Orange County. He excels in his role as an advisor and is primarily responsible for investor relations at BAMI.

Simon’s strong relationship and management skills have led to his involvement in many significant transactions. Under Simon’s leadership, his team has averaged over 100 transactions totaling approximately $300,000,000 in consideration per year, which translates to unparalleled “real time” market knowledge.

Simon places a high value on his relationships and is a loyal servant to his clients, colleagues, and partners. He sets high standard for himself and his team and is known for conducting business with diplomacy, integrity and mutual respect.

Todd Robinson

Todd is a corporate and commercial real estate attorney whose practice includes representing real estate investors and middle-market companies in a variety of corporate and commercial real estate matters including the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, acquisitions and construction and mezzanine financing projects.
