Future Fund One is a private investment vehicle that combines income-producing commercial real estate with Arch Public's proprietary Bitcoin trading platform.

The strategy pairs durable real estate cash flow and tax-efficiency with algorithm-driven Bitcoin exposure designed to enhance returns, manage volatility, and capitalize on long-term digital asset adoption. While the Fund is designed to generate recurring distributions from its real estate portfolio, a portion of portfolio cash flow may be strategically allocated to Bitcoin, creating an additional engine for growth and capital appreciation.
